A credit card is required to make your booking. A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay, plus a 4% handling fee, is required to confirm your reservation.
If your reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival date, Affinity Flats will refund the total deposit.
If cancellation is made within 3-5 days of your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival or after check-in are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made in writing by the same person who made the reservation, and any refund due will ONLY be made to the SAME credit card number used to make the reservation.
Totally pre-paid reservations are commited bookings and therefore non-refundable.
